Mana Rayachoty Sevalu provides a digital platform connecting local service providers and users in Rayachoty. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect only information voluntarily provided by users, including: Name, Phone number, Service or business details, Location, and Description of services. We do not collect financial data, government ID numbers, passwords, or biometric information.
The information provided is displayed publicly within the app to allow other users to contact service providers via the phone dialer.
All data is securely stored using Google Firebase services. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information.
Users can delete their own listings directly within the app. For further assistance, contact us via email below.
This app uses Google Firebase and Google Play Services, which may process technical data under their own privacy policies.
We retain your personal information only for as long as your service listing is active on the App. If you delete your listing, your data is promptly removed from our active databases.
We may disclose your information to government or law enforcement officials if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or to investigate fraud or illegal activities occurring on the platform.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), the contact details of the Grievance Officer are provided below for any discrepancies or grievances regarding your data.
This app is not directed toward children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
